The first Stray Art Festival was held in Syros in September 2017.
Really? Team was there to paint a huge portraiture of Markos Vamvakaris on the wall of Neorio!
Vamvakaris was born on 10 May 1905 in Ano Syros.
This mural is the largest depiction of the famous musician so far.

The wall is up to 5 meters high and about 6 meters long. Really? Team worked for three consecutive days to complete the mural. The background with the white houses depicts the birthplace of Vamvakaris, Ano Syros, and it was done entirely by Ioulia Makri.
